■ Regarding product shipping
Orders placed by 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 28th, 2023 will be shipped on Thursday, the 28th .
Orders placed after 10am on Thursday, the 28th will be shipped sequentially starting from Friday, January 5th, 2024 .

■ Regarding inquiries
For inquiries received after 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 , we will respond to them starting from Friday, January 5, 2024 .
