■ Regarding product shipping
Orders placed by 10am on Wednesday, August 10th will be shipped on Wednesday, August 10th .
Orders placed after 10am on Wednesday, August 10th will be shipped sequentially starting from Tuesday, August 16th .
■ Regarding inquiries
For inquiries received after 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 10th , we will respond in order starting from Wednesday, August 17th .
Please note that due to the volume of orders and inquiries received after holidays, it may take longer than usual to deliver your ordered items and respond to your inquiries.
